How to Weather the Pandemic

Millions of people across the globe are sheltering in place or self quartining. Over time this can really take a toll. We are social creatures and need to be on contact. It’s important to get outside each day, even if only for a few minutes. It allows the brain to reset itself. Staying inside alone will increase the sense of aloneness. The other challenge will be lack of structure. It’s too tempting to let the structure go and just sit in PJs all day. Don’t do that. The more normalcy you can get in your day the better. Keep your same sleep routine, get dressed in the morning, have some planned activities to do. More tips tomorrow!
